Another extreme makeover, we leveled and repaired the foundation, reinstalled cement siding, reroofed, added a front and rear porch, added a stone patio with firepit, installed Ipe' floors, remodeled the kitchen and all the baths, replaced the windows and doors, rewired and re-plumbed, installed new landscaping, remodeled the guest house and garage, etc., etc. We basically rebuilt the existing structure. The homeowner wanted a "new" house but wanted to keep the integrity of the original structure intact.
